Abstract
Description
This open access book describes differences in US census coverage, called “differential undercount”, by showing which groups have the highest undercounts and undercount differentials, and why such undercounts occur. In addition to measuring census coverage for demographic characteristics, including age, gender, race, Hispanic origin, and tenure, it also considers hard-to-count populations, such as immigrants, children in foster care, and homeless, LBGT, and disabled people.
